Summary: The minutes of August 16 were approved. -Attendance of professors. -The substitute professor Dr. Luis G. Martínez Villada is granted to dictate a free course in philosophy next year. -P. A. Rueda and I. M. Terán are granted to give a general examination. -The same is denied to F. A. Muñoz and R. Flores Vera. 1914 accounts are approved. -E. Cisneros Malbrán and F. A. Echegaray are awarded their law degrees. -Dr. Ernesto Gavier is presented as candidate for the substitution of E. and I. Economics and Dr. Clodomiro R. Ferreyra for that of D. P. Ecclesiastical.

Eufrasio Segundo Loza, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba
Eufrasio S. Loza (Córdoba, 1871 - Buenos Aires, 1928) was a politician belonging to the Radical Civic Union, leader of the Catholic Club, lawyer and Argentine university professor, who was provincial senator for the Department of Colon, governor of Córdoba, Minister of Public Works of the Argentine Nation and member of the Second Chamber of Civil Appeals of the Federal Capital.
