Abstract

The magazine IUS of Mexico, in its number 72, corresponding to July 1944, brings the following contributions: Legal nature of the fideicorniso, by Mr. Roberto Molina Pasquel, whose antecedents he studies through its civil evolution in the old substitions and that currently resurfaces under the influence of commercial, banking and financial forms and needs, trustified companies, banking laws and laws of titles and credit operations.
