Author Biography

  • Vicente Vázquez de Novoa, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba

    Professor of the School of Engineering and later dean. Born in Cordoba on October 6, 1874, he graduated as a Civil Engineer in December 1900. Since 1898 he has rendered positive services to the public administration, both at the provincial and national levels.
