Abstract

The question of the aftermath of 'the present war has been brought to the press. The epilogue is projected in different ways by the writers who are hastening to bring it to an end. In my opinion, it is not possible to predict either the epilogue or even the immediate consequences of these atrocious offensives: one can only study what refers to political institutions that must be replaced or modified, taking for granted that the causes of this horrible cataclysm of humanity, in which the majority of the best human beings have already succumbed, are to be attributed to the existing ones.
