Background and beginnings of the colonization of the Catamarca Valley
Keywords:
colonization, Catamarca ValleyAbstract
This study will form the 4th chapter of the history in preparation of Nuestra Sefiora del Valle. The origins of the miraculous statue are so confused with those of the colonization of the Valley of Catamarca that it has seemed appropriate to study this ab initio, although in broad strokes. Hence this chapter.
