Abstract

Preceded by brief words addressed to the students, this exposition was read by its author at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of La Plata, as a member of the Delegation that went on behalf of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of this University to repay the visit made by Professors of that Institute.

Author Biography

  • Tomás Miguel Argarañáz, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba

    Tomás Miguel Argañaraz was born in the city of Córdoba in 1856, son of Pablo Argañaraz and Lucinda Espinosa and Lucinda Espinosa.

    He graduated from the National University of Córdoba with a law degree. And, he obtained the degree of in Law and Social Sciences in 1898. His doctoral dissertation was entitled: "Problema social problem,  its solution". The examining board was presided over by Dr. Justino César and was composed of the following members in second, third, fourth and fifth place, respectively: Drs. José del Viso, Rodolfo Ordóñez, Juan Carlos Pitt and Samuel Silva. Thesis sponsor was Dr. Pedro N. Garzón.
