The ''Revista Forense'' of Brazil, edited by BILAC PINTO, in its November issue publishes the Decree-Law no. 5.452, of May 1, 1943, which only appeared in the Official Gazette on August 9, 1943, by which the President, in use of the powers conferred on him by Art. 180 of the Constitution approves the ''Consolidation of the Labor Laws" in force and the modifications introduced by: said decree: The publication is preceded by the ''Exposition of Motives'' subscribed by Alexandre Marcondes Filho of eighty-four paragraphs and the total articles of the Consolidation are 921.
