Abstract

Fernando Beresñak's recent work, (El Imperio científico. Investigaciones político-espaciales, Buenos Aires, Miño y Dávila, 2017), is fundamental and unique in its treatment of both the political and metaphysical reasons and consequences of the cosmologies elaborated by Copernicus, Galileo and Newton. This work arises from the dialogue with that work.
