Abstract

The 2012 Reform Bill to the Civil and Commerce Codes unifying the National Private Law has incorporated the frustration to purpose of the contract among its contract contingencies. We agree with this proposal as it constitutes a revision or business termination which we think has acquired its own scientific autonomy and requires its regulation and explicit legal framework in the Argentine Positive Law.
