Teoría De La Mente, Lenguaje Pragmático y Comprensión Lectora: Una Revisión Sistemática

Resumo
La población con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) presenta alteraciones sociocognitivas propias del diagnóstico. La comprensión lectora es un proceso multifactorial que implica aspectos lingüísticos, psicolingüísticos y neurocognitivos que permiten el éxito en la comprensión del contenido de un texto. El presente artículo desarrolla una revisión sistemática de acuerdo con el protocolo Prisma que permite la recolección de información sobre la relación entre la teoría de la mente, las habilidades del lenguaje pragmático y la comprensión lectora en niños y adolescentes con TEA. Los resultados muestran una relación positiva y significativa entre las variables investigadas. Se concluye que las personas con TEA presentan dificultades en comprensión del lenguaje no verbal, en habilidades para hacer inferencias y en procesos pragmáticos del lenguaje. Estas dificultades a su vez generan limitaciones en la comprensión de la lectura, específicamente en la capacidad para comprender la intencionalidad del contenido de un texto.
