Abstract

We describe two cases of surgical site infections due to Mycobacterium fortuitum after plastic surgery. Both patients were assisted by the same surgeon on differents hospitals. Both patients recieved combined antibiotic treatment and surgical debridement or multiple aspirative puntures. The final evolutions were satisfactory.
