Abstract

This work is the result of a research project in which a question was raised when the MERCOSUR-European Union Agreement was in the negotiation stage.

Given its signature in 2019 and its current conditions, both in the process of entry into force and in everything related to its future operation, led us to formulate new questions, particularly in terms of dispute resolution.

Finally, we make some considerations regarding the new situation posed by the Coronavirus 19 pandemic and the crisis in Ukraine and how they could affect this Agreement.
